Pak Rural Development Pioneer (PRDP) is a national humanitarian, human rights, and development not-for-profit organization established in 2020. We are committed to promoting, protecting, and advancing fundamental human rights while strengthening resilient, inclusive, and accountable community systems across Pakistan.
Our interventions span key sectors, including education, health and WASH, disaster risk reduction, emergency response, livelihoods, social protection services, and legal empowerment. We place special emphasis on vulnerable and marginalized groups, including women, children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, minorities, and socio-economically excluded populations.

Governed by a Board of Governors (BOG) comprising seven voluntary members. The BOG provides oversight on organizational policies, long-term strategies, compliance, and conducts bi-annual audits.
Led by the Executive Director and a professional team including Programme Management, MEAL, Finance, HR, and Logistics units. Implementation is managed by Project Managers ensuring timely delivery.
Structured on a double-entry accounting method with cloud/desktop tools. Overseen by the Finance Manager and approved by the ED. Transparency ensured through regular external audits and donor verification.

PRDP strives to enhance its caliber and reach by partnering with professional entities. To keep up with rising modern trends, including the digital economic environment, PRDP established a strategic alliance with IKNOW Digital Marketing and eCommerce Solutions.
This partnership amalgamates PRDP's mobilization expertise with IKNOW's technical know-how. Together, we have successfully trained over 500 students (youth and women) without charging any fees on modern digital earning platforms.
IKNOW also maintains a functional collaboration with the University of Peshawar and conducts large-scale free community-based workshops supported by PRDP on scam prevention, digital literacy, and eCommerce awareness at village levels and various government institutions.
